The project investigates labour-saving technological innovations to enhance job satisfaction for nurses in an academic hospital: a transdisciplinary research. The project is a cooperation between Research centre FRAIM of TU-Delft and Erasmus MC.
Challenge
The main challenge is to find novel solutions for everyday problems in nursing
Solution
The project follows a “double-diamond” approach. The Double Diamond is a visual representation of the design and innovation process. It’s a simple way to describe the steps taken in any design and innovation project, irrespective of methods and tools used. The Double Diamond-model is a framework describing a process in four phases: Discover, Define, Develop en Deliver..
