Service Robotics for Care
Internship for Bachelor or Master Student
Background
Hospitals and care homes face growing logistical challenges that divert staff from patient care. The iCaLo project aims to create a fully autonomous robotic logistics system to support healthcare staff by handling routine transport and delivery tasks.
HIT contributes to iCaLo by developing and testing both the hardware and software that enable these autonomous robots to operate safely and effectively in real-world care environments.
