HIT at ISFNT 2013 in Barcelona, Spain
Heemskerk Innovative Technology (HIT) was present at the 11th International Symposium on Fusion Nuclear Technology (ISFNT-11), held from 16-20 September 2013 in Barcelona, Spain.
Part of the symposium was an exhibition, where knowledge institutes and companies showed their products, technologies and R&D capabilities. HIT was present in the ITER-NL stand and showcased recent development in Remote Handling analysis through various videos. One of the highlights was a new video on the Remote Handling Compatibility Analysis of the ITER Generic Upper Diagnostic Port Plug.
Visitors included, among others, Dutch ambassador in Spain Kees van Rij, F4E CEO Henrik Bindslev, Ciemat CEO Joachim Sanchez and ITER CEO Motojima. All in all it’s been a very successful conference.
